This newly renovated home wonderfully captures the essence of coastal living - inviting you to completely embrace the beach lifestyle for your vacation rental getaway. Ideally situated, you are walking distance to East Beach or any of the (3) private MFD beaches. Better still, take a leisurely walk or bike ride to Watch Hill village!
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee outside in this quiet, tranquil setting. Then wind down after a fun-filled day at the beach by grilling on the private outdoor stone patio. Don't forget to rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. End your day with your favorite beverage as you relax listening at a distance to ocean waves breaking on the shore.

THE SPACE
The beach cottage has central air conditioning, three bedrooms named after local spots. (1) Queen, (1) Full, and (2)Twins. The kitchen/dining and living areas are open-concept. In addition, there is a large family room where you can enjoy your 'down' time. The house sleeps 5 comfortably and is beautifully furnished so that you can simply enjoy your vacation.
- Maximum occupancy limited to 5 people including children and 2 cars.
- Minimum (1) Week Maximum (2) Week Rental [Friday to Friday]
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking.
BEACH ACCESS
We will provide you with a beach pass which is required to enter the private MFD beaches and must be returned at the end of your stay.
Lifeguards are on duty during the summer months. Restrooms are provided for your convenience. Pets are not permitted on the beach.
Reservation Details
Rates provided for Minimum 1 week [Friday to Friday] or Maximum 2 week rental only through booking.
