Watch Hill Lighthouse sits atop a bluff on the north side of the eastern entrance to Fishers Island Sound. Its a nice walk or bike ride from the house and back.
Paddle Surf RI offers a variety of Surf and Paddle Board activities including surfing lessons, paddle board tours, stand up paddle board rentals and kayaks.
They have a waterfront location on the river for calm paddling experience. They operate out of a repurposed houseboat with comfy
patio seating for your enjoyment!

The Flying Horse Carousel is a
historic carousel in Watch Hill, it is the oldest operating carousel in the United States in which the horses are suspended from chains.

The Westerly Land Trust conserves 1,700 acres of local land that supports agriculture, hosts over 25 miles of hiking trails for recreation, and provides valuable wildlife habitat.
Napatree Bikes has provided rentals of comfortable bicycles for vacationers to the western Rhode Island beaches since 2002. Riding Watch Hill, Misquamicut, Weekapaug, Shelter Harbor, and Charlestown is a gentle exploration, with bike-friendly roads and little chance of getting lost.

Winnapaug Country Club is a golf facility that lies on ocean views in Westerly, Rhode Island. They are the only public 18-Hole Golf Course in Westerly.

The Block Island Ferry is your fastest link to Block Island, Rhode Island. The Block Island Ferry is the only year-round ferry service to Block Island. Based in Point Judith, (Narragansett), RI, the Block Island Ferry offers Traditional ferry service, (55 minute voyage) as well as the fastest ferry trip from the mainland on the High speed ferry service, (30 minute cruise) from Pt. Wilcox Park is a park and arboretum located at 71 ½ High Street, downtown Westerly. It is open to the public at all times, without fee, and has been on the National Register of Historic Places.
Founded in 1649, Stonington Borough is a quaint, historic village.
Eclectic shops, art galleries, boutiques and restaurants line Water Street. Concerts, lectures, garden tours, parades and farmer’s markets happen year-round. Museums house intimate collections of maritime artifacts and opportunities to discover the lives of famed sea captains.

Whitney and his staff are so nice and accommodating. Treat them well they work super hard - a testament to the wait on Fridays!

Watch Hill, the Olympia is an authentic 1916 soda-fountain-turned bistro with varnished wooden booths, pink walls and black-and-white checkered floor tiles.
